Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: ron rice Message: i received a letter yesterday from hannelore stafford. she said she is working at sears. i guess she means in gville. i do not remember one in D. she is raising her and csm stafford's grandson and and she recently had surgery. maybe someone from the mtn rgr assoc can have their wife look in on her. she lives at 329 cane creek vally rd. she does not have a computer and i do not know her tel#. If anyone knows if don is going to be in the ranger hall of fame, please let me know, otherwise i will send in the money to have his name added to the Ranger Memorial at benning. mine will be on there as soon as stone is cut. I was told that in a letter from the general that heads it up. hannelore said she has not remarried. she also said sgm carl jones former mrc sgm and his wife had died. also elsie lee and susie boggs.
